Theseus is sixteen years old when he sets out to Athens to meet his father. During his journey, he encounters bandits, magical underground creatures and monsters. As the story usually goes, he is bound to fight them. Owing to his wit but courage as well, he defeats them all. Just when he is about to get some rest in his father’s palace, he learns that he is yet to face the ultimate challenge: the Labyrinth and Minotaur, a monster which everyone in Athens fears. However, Ariadne, a princess from Crete, helps Theseus by giving him a ball of golden thread, using which he finds his way out of the labyrinth. This show is a journey and an adventure, while the famous story taken from the Greek mythology has been altered so that Theseus wins because of his wit and intelligence, rather than strength. The verbal aspect

of the performance is stunning, teeming with witty lines, grotesque phrases and humorous rhymes.
