A flock of brightly coloured birds descends on the street. Grooming their feathers with crooked beaks they pick and screech noisily at each other; a characteristic courtship ritual. Suddenly they fully spread their wings and a wealth of colours meets our eyes. Blazing reds, glowing yellows, aqua blues and deep purples. A sea of colour whirls in a spectacular dance, then with one concluding beat of their wings, these extraordinary birds fly away…
