The dance performance The Book of Wandering uses the synergy of recognizable elements such as human beings, animals and other unreal creatures, to create the impression of constant change and the blending of scenes and identities. The metamorphosis it tries to convey is related to the flow of energy, the change of seasons, and the creation and dissolution of life. Wondering is what happens in-between, when seeds grow into plants, clouds become rain, and all living creatures go through the different phases of life. Wondering is postulated as the main goal. What is being researched is aimless motion, the blend of identities, entrances, exits, quests, surrenders, to various types of texts, fairytales, and to the performers’ intimate experience as well.
